Order lead times vary depending on lot size and destination. Our Shipment methods include sea-freight and over-the-road (OTR). For specific questions regarding orders please contact us by phone or email.

Standard packing lists include double walled polypropylene bags weighting 60kg each. Jute and GrainPro bags can also be provided upon request. Standard outbound shipments from origin are break-bulk and palletized. Please specify all customized packing instructions in a clear and timely manner.

Standard invoicing:
– Bank Wire Transfer (T/T, Telegraphic Transfer)
– Letter of Credit (L/C)
– Electronic Direct Deposit

Terms: invoice due two weeks prior to outbound shipment date. This allows us to promote favorable terms with our growers, providing income to the thousands of farmers we touch.
